Terms and Conditions

All goods and services contained in our brochure and on our website are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by our East Kilbride Office.
  2. Since our policy is one of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to alter or amend prices, designs and specifications described in this catalogue without prior notice.
  3. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of goods if they are incomplete or incorrect and you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of our invoice if the goods have not been delivered. We shall be entitled to deliver the goods in one or more installments.
  4. All faulty goods will be replaced at our expense. Claims for goods that are damaged on arrival must be made within two working days of receipt. After two days, goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition. Please note that a signed delivery form constitutes an agreement that the goods have been received in satisfactory condition. If good arrive damaged, this must be noted at the time of signing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. Centurion Signs UK Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defects in the goods, which come about due to the acts, omissions, negligence or default of the buyer or its agents.
  6. The return of the goods will be at your expense. The return of goods terms does not apply outside the UK or to custom made products.
  7. Credit account payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. For new accounts or customers without a credit account, payment is required with order. Invoice queries must be notified within 14 days. Credit is subject to status.
