Order Dementia Signs On Account

Need a purchase order to get approval from someone else in your organization? No problem!  We now offer Pay on Account as a payment option when placing an order on our website.

This is a new feature that will be particularly welcomed by our care home customers who are part of a larger group.  We wanted to make ordering new Dementia products online as easy as possible… sadly, we know that the red tape and procedures surrounding purchasing are often far from easy!  While we can’t help much with the delays and frustrations around budget policy we hope this will make it easier for staff to decide on the items they want and provide a clear cost for approval.

Simply place an order as normal and select the Pay on Account option at checkout.  (If you are just placing the order initially to get a final cost for approval within your organization, let us know in the comments.)

If you already have an active trade account with us one of our sales team will confirm the order straight away.

If you haven’t purchased from us on account before we will get in touch to complete an application process.  As soon as you have been approved we will process your order and invoice you according to the terms of your new account.

Any order that you place will be stored on our site so that you can easily view and edit it any time until it is approved and processed.
